Krogerus Promotes New Senior Associates
We are very pleased to announce the promotion of six new senior associates as of 1 April 2021 in the areas of competition law, capital markets, real estate, dispute resolution and TMT and intellectual property.

The new senior associates as of 1 April 2021:
Alina Böling advises clients in the fields of competition law and regulated markets. Her experience includes antitrust and merger control proceedings before competition authorities and courts.
Joel Kanervo is a capital markets expert with a focus on financial regulation. He assists clients in a variety of transactions including public mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, other equity offerings and offerings of corporate bonds.
Joonas Parkkinen advises both Finnish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions and private equity and real estate matters. He also assists both sponsors and limited partners on all aspects of private investment funds.
Riku Saarinen advises both Finnish and international clients primarily in different types of real estate transactions.
Saara Leino advises clients in complex data protection matters and legal issues related to new technologies. She has worked with technical experts and is keen to assist in more technical assessments as well.
Sofie Korhonen focuses on commercial dispute resolution assignments. She advises clients on general court litigation and disputes heard before arbitral tribunals.
