Krogerus advised Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company on its agreement with Tieto Corporation regarding the delivery of operations management services. The five-year contract includes both cloud services and traditional capacity, communication and network solutions.
Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company is the largest earnings-related pension insurer and private investor in Finland. In 2013, Varma’s premium income was EUR 4.3 billion, and the company paid EUR 4.8 billion in pensions.
