Krogerus advises Flex on the acquisition of Esju

Krogerus advised Flex Ltd on a transaction whereby its Finnish subsidiary, Flextronics Holding Finland Oy, acquired all of the shares in Esju Oy.

Flex is an American multinational technological manufacturer, listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market. Esju is a Finnish technology company specialised in electronics design, consulting, research, training, and EMC laboratory services.
