Krogerus advises Enegia on the sale of its energy market services business to Gasum

Krogerus advised Enegia Group Oy, an independent energy expert organisation for the energy industry, on the sale of its energy market services business to Gasum Ltd, a Nordic energy company with a focus on the gas sector. The transaction is subject to the approval of the authorities and is expected to complete in early fall 2018.

The transaction includes the capital stocks of Enegia Consulting Oy, Enegia Portfolio Services Oy and intStream Oy.
