Krogerus advises DNA in the public tender offer by Telenor

Krogerus is advising the board of directors of DNA, a large cap telecom listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki, in the EUR 2.7 billion mandatory tender offer by Telenor for all shares in DNA. The cash offer follows Telenor's acquisition of approximately 54% of the shares in DNA from its formerly two largest shareholders.

Krogerus' advice covers all aspects of the mandatory tender offer, including takeover rules, competition law and strategic advice.
