We represent clients on the creation, development, exploitation and enforcement of all forms of intellectual property. Our lawyers advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters ranging from complex patent and trade mark litigation and other forms of disputes, to commercial exploitation through distribution, franchising, licensing and other types of contractual arrangements. Other typical assignments include managing trade mark portfolios, advising clients on trade mark strategies, prosecuting oppositions and cancellations of registrations, and enforcing client trade marks. We also advise on advertising and marketing, as well as data protection and privacy matters.
