Leena Lindberg (partner), Petteri Metsä-Tokila (partner) and Terhi Kauti (counsel) will speak at the Baltic-Finnish Competition Law Seminar organised by Krogerus and LAWIN in Tallinn on 11 May.
The seminar is targeted at top management and in-house counsel of companies active in the Finnish and Baltic markets. This one-day event will provide insight into Finnish, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian laws on competition and public procurement.
As companies in this region are increasingly operating on a cross-border level, there is the need for awareness of the laws in all of these countries. Seminar speakers will review the particularities of the legislation in their respective countries.
This seminar is the second in a series of events held together by LAWIN and Krogerus. Another successful seminar was organised in Helsinki this past February.
LAWIN has a top-ranked business law practice in Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania. Krogerus and LAWIN have a history of co-operation on cross-border jurisdictional matters.
