Krogerus advised Commerzbank AG on the Finnish law aspects of the sale of its European loan portfolio totalling EUR 2.2 billion to investment bank J.P. Morgan and private-equity firm Lone Star.
Commerzbank also sold a German portfolio of non-performing loans with a face value of EUR 700 million to investor Oaktree.
