Krogerus advises Vantaan Valo Ky on securing EUR 225 million loan facilities

Krogerus advised Vantaan Valo Ky on securing EUR 225 million loan facilities provided by Nordea Bank Abp and OP Corporate Bank plc. Vantaan Valo, a joint venture between mutual pension insurance companies Elo and Varma, is the largest owner of Jumbo shopping centre, Finland's largest shopping centre by sales. The proceeds from the financing will be used to optimise Vantaan Valo's capital structure.

The financing underpins Jumbo's strong market position and aligns with Vantaan Valo's investment strategy to develop its balance sheet structure.
