Krogerus advises UB’s fund on the sale of a prime big-box property to Kielo

Krogerus advised special investment fund UB Suomi Kiinteistöt, managed by UB Asset Management, on the sale of a fully let big-box property in Tammisto to Kielo. The leasable area of the property is approximately 5,100 sqm and the main tenant of the property is Intersport Finland.

The Krogerus team was led by Partners Marcus Möller and Kalle Hakkarainen and they were primarily assisted by Associate Lena Lehmuskoski.
