Krogerus advised special investment fund UB Suomi Kiinteistöt, managed by UB Asset Management, on the sale of a fully let big-box property in Tammisto to Kielo. The leasable area of the property is approximately 5,100 sqm and the main tenant of the property is Intersport Finland.
