Krogerus advises UB on formation of UB Nordic Forest Fund IV

Krogerus advises United Bankers on formation of UB Nordic Forest Fund IV. This fund will continue United Bankers’ successful series of Nordic Forest Funds. As an asset class, forests are well-suited for responsible investment: a well-managed forest serves as substantial carbon storage and significant carbon sink. Forests sequester carbon dioxide from the atmosphere and play a key role in achieving the climate targets of the Paris Agreement. This fund is also categorised as dark green (Article 9) product under the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation.
