Krogerus advises Taaleri Plc on the sale of its wealth management business to Aktia Bank Plc

Krogerus advised Taaleri Plc on the sale of its wealth management business conducted by Taaleri Varainhoito to Aktia Bank Plc. The enterprise value of the transaction is 120 million euros.

Taaleri Plc, is a Finnish financial services company listed on Nasdaq Helsinki main market. Following the sale of its wealth management operations, Taaleri Plc will be comprised of its private equity fund business, which consists of the energy, real estate and bioindustry businesses; and Garantia Insurance Company, which provides guarantee solutions.
