Krogerus advises Special Investment Fund eQ Residential in its first acquisition of a residential portfolio

Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Residential in its acquisition of a residential portfolio to be constructed from Pohjola Rakennus Oy Suomi. The portfolio comprises of three residential projects located in Helsinki, Vantaa and Tampere, comprising of 171 apartments. The construction works of the turnkey projects are scheduled for completion during the summer of 2022.

The transaction was the first investment of eQ Residential, launched in May 2020. eQ Residential will have an investment capacity of over 300 million euros, which enables the acquisition of approximately 1,500 apartments.
