Krogerus advises Saari Partners on its majority investment in Wirmax

Krogerus advised Saari Partners, a Finnish private equity firm, on its majority investment in Wirmax, a modern building technology group providing heating, water, ventilation, electricity, automation, and security services.

During the past few years, Wirmax has grown rapidly. Wirmax has diversified its service offering through acquisitions and by developing its concepts and hiring new experts. Wirmax plans to develop into a full-service building technology company. Saari Partners will help finance Wirmax's growth plans.
