Krogerus advises Pisla Group on the sale to Volati

Krogerus advised Pisla Group Oy on the sale of Pisla Oy and Demerx i Kinda AB to Volati's subsidiary Volati Hem och Beslag Finland Ab. Pisla, together with Volati’s existing operations in Habo, will become a market leader in fittings for homes and buildings in Finland.
