Krogerus advises Nordisk Bergteknik on its acquisition of Power Mining

Krogerus advised Nordisk Bergteknik, a specialist within rock handling and foundation solutions on its acquisition of Power Mining, a Finnish supplier in underground and tunnel work. The acquisition strengthens Nordisk Bergteknik's offering and establishes the company in Finland, a new geographic market for Nordisk Bergteknik.

Nordisk Bergteknik is a publicly traded company based in Sweden, with over 20 operating subsidiaries. The group is northern Europe’s largest overall wholesaler in rock handling and foundation solutions.
