Krogerus advises Navix on its acquisition of CSP

Krogerus advised Navix Oy, a design, engineering and production provider for land and sea vehicle manufacturers, on its acquisition of Portuguese CSP (Cable Systems Provider Lda). The acquisition strengthens Navix's position in Europe, expands its capabilities in wiring harness manufacturing, increases overall capacity, and builds on Navix's proven expertise in OEM-level electrical systems. The transaction supports Navix's vision of delivering comprehensive, integrated services to its customers globally.
