Krogerus advises LIWLIG Group on its acquisition of 6.Sans

Krogerus acted as the Finnish Counsel for LIWLIG Group, the parent company of event marketing agencies Tapaus and Eventyr Nine Yards, on its acquisition of the Norwegian agency 6.Sans.

LIWLIG Group is a Nordic event agency group including the largest event agencies in Finland and Sweden, Tapaus and Eventyr Nine Yards. As a result of the acquisition of 6.Sans, one of the most successful and awarded event and brand experience agencies in Norway, LIWLIG Group now employs more than 220 professionals in Finland, Sweden, USA and Norway. Its proforma turnover is approximately 70 million in 2022.
