Krogerus advises Hemsö on its acquisition of school in Hämeenlinna

Krogerus advised Hemsö on its acquisition of the Hämeenlinna Seminaari School from CapMan Nordic Real Estate III fund. The Seminaari School is the largest elementary school in Hämeenlinna and is fully let to the City of Hämeenlinna.
