Krogerus advises Heino Group Oy on the divestment of a logistics centre in Espoo

Krogerus advised the family office Heino Group Oy on the sale of a logistics centre in Espoo to a joint venture between Tristan Capital Partners' fund European Property Investors Special Opportunities 6 SCSp (EPISO 6) and Catella Asset Management Oy.

The logistics centre with a total lettable area of approximately 21,000 square meters is fully leased to Valio, and serves as main distribution centre of Valio’s F&B wholesaler Valio Aimo.
