Krogerus advises healthcare-provider Diacor on its acquisition of Eloni and resulting expansion outside the capital region

Krogerus advised Diacor terveyspalvelut Oy on its acquisition of Eloni Oy. As a result of this transaction, Diacor, which operates in the Helsinki metropolitan region, now expands to the city of Turku.

Diacor is the market leader in occupational healthcare services in the Helsinki metropolitan area. Eloni is a healthcare provider operating in the Turku area that employs the services of more than 100 doctors. Through this acquisition, Eloni's name will change to Diacor Turku.
