Krogerus advises Ethos Capital on 37,000 sqm portfolio deal

Krogerus advises Ethos Capital on its acquisition of a property portfolio. The portfolio comprises warehouse, logistics and production space and marks the largest acquisition to date for Ethos Capital. Deal size amounts to some 37,000 sqm of space spread across seven assets.
