Krogerus advises Cofinimmo on acquisition of three development projects

Krogerus advises Cofinimmo (Euronext Brussels: COFB) on acquisition of three development projects in Finland. Said acquisition involves the acquisition of 100% of the shares of the company owning a highly sustainable nursing and care home currently under construction in Oulu, with a gross rental yield of approximately 7%, and a private agreement to acquire, under certain conditions, the companies that will develop two additional disabled care assets in Finland. These three assets are part of a larger pipeline portfolio of several construction projects in Finland secured under exclusivity for Cofinimmo.
