Krogerus advises Codento on its acquisition of Data Edge

Krogerus advised Codento, a leading Google Cloud Partner in the Nordics, on its acquisition of Data Edge, a specialist in AI, data analytics and advanced data-driven solutions. The acquisition further strengthens Codento’s geographic footprint in Sweden and enhances its unique capability to support leading enterprises across Sweden and the Nordics in adopting Google Cloud technologies and accelerating their AI transformation.

The integration of Data Edge into Codento marks the next step in Codento’s ambitious growth strategy to become a leading Google Cloud services partner across the Nordics. Following the acquisition, Codento will employ approximately 75 consultants focused on Google Cloud. Data Edge is a Stockholm-based consulting firm that helps its clients innovate and generate tangible business value through data, analytics, and AI.
