Krogerus advises CapMan on formation of CapMan Growth Equity III

Krogerus advised CapMan on formation of CapMan Growth Equity III, which recently made first closing at €110 million. CapMan Growth’s strategy is to make active minority investments in entrepreneur-led growth companies, with the aim of further developing them together with entrepreneurs and operative management. The fund surpassed its target size and the size of its predecessor fund and is expected to reach hard cap later this year.
