Sponda, one of Finland’s leading real estate asset management companies, launches an office project in Helsinki city centre, with BCG moving its Finnish headquarters to Mannerheimintie 6. In this project, BCG intends to occupy the building’s office premises. Originally built in 1884, Mannerheimintie 6 is set for completion in early 2027, and will be fully renovated and extended by 800 sqm. In selecting their new office space, BCG emphasised central location in the heart of Helsinki, high sustainability standards, and the building’s unique historical character. The new office space is intended to promote employee well-being and provide an inspiring environment for diverse working needs, while also enabling BCG to better serve its clients and strengthen collaboration.
