Krogerus advises Axcel-backed AGRD Partners on its acquisition of Wigge and Bokwall Rislund

Krogerus advised AGRD Partners, a private equity backed association of business law firms formed in 2025, on its acquisition of Swedish firms Wigge and Bokwall Rislund. The additions mark the next stage in AGRD Partners’ accelerated growth journey, significantly expanding its capabilities and reinforcing its position in the legal market. AGRD Partners is backed by Nordic private equity firm Axcel.
