Krogerus advises Attendo in competition authority investigations

Krogerus advised Attendo in a competition law investigation conducted by the Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (FCCA). The FCCA's investigation, which began with dawn raids in 2017, concerned co-operation in bidding contests by municipalities and joint municipal authorities in the social and healthcare services market.

In August 2020, the FCCA closed its investigation regarding Attendo, Terveystalo and Coronaria with no further actions. The FCCA did not find evidence that the companies would have breached competition law.
