Krogerus advises Ardian on its acquisition of Nevel

Krogerus advised as lead counsel Ardian, a French private investment company, on its acquisition of 100% of Nevel Oy from Finnish Vapo Oy. Nevel is a leading Nordic district heating and industrial energy solutions company which owns and operates over 130 heating and power plants and over 40 district heating networks across Finland, Sweden and Estonia together with one of the most sophisticated digital operating platform in the market. The total consideration of the transaction on debt and cash free basis is approximately 656 million Euros. The completion of the transaction is subject to clearance by the Finnish and Swedish competition authorities.
