Krogerus advised Swedbank on a EUR 50 million secured social loan facility to Y-Säätiö

Krogerus advised Swedbank when it acted as sole lender for Y-Säätiö's new EUR 50 million secured social loan facility.

Social loans are loans made available to fully or partially finance or refinance new or existing eligible social projects. Y-Säätiö is Finland’s largest nationwide non-profit landlord and promotes social justice by providing affordable rental housing.
