Season's Greetings and a donation to MIELI Mental Health Finland
We wish you a warm and joyous holiday season and a happy New Year 2024! This Christmas we have made a donation to MIELI Mental Health Finland to support their work for children and young people.
Our Christmas donation is directed towards young people in difficult life situations
We have a tradition of supporting MIELI and their important mission of promoting mental health and providing crisis support through our Christmas donation. MIELI was originally chosen by the people of Krogerus as the charity for our Christmas donations. With the received Christmas donations, MIELI will organise peer support groups, employ crisis workers and train professionals working with children and adolescents.
"Krogerus' donation provides important and concrete aid to us at MIELI in our efforts to strengthen the mental health of young people. With the donation, MIELI will be able to secure help for even more people in difficult situations", says MIELI's Communications Director Liisa Partio. "The increasing challenges of young people's mental health is currently a big problem that concerns the whole society. We highly value both companies' and individuals' willingness to help young people which increases faith in the future", continues Liisa.

Our Christmas Greeting's art was made through our Art Patron collaboration
As another Christmas tradition of ours, the bespoke painting for this year's Christmas Greeting was made by artist Rauha Mäkilä through our Art Patron partnership with art gallery Helsinki Contemporary. Rauha is known for her brightly coloured paintings depicting everyday occurrences, drawing from both popular culture and her own life and family. Art Patron is Helsinki Contemporary's partnership model that aims to incorporate art with companies' business activities.
