We have been recognised by Legal 500 among the top 10 most highly recommended law firms by NPS score in the Nordics, taking the number two spot. The list identifies the firms with the highest scores for client advocacy, based on Legal 500's client research and analysis of client satisfaction data. Legal 500 is the world's leading legal services benchmarking platform.

The analysis draws on close to 30,000 client responses, providing a unique insight into the firms that have earned the highest levels of confidence, loyalty, and advocacy across the region. The scores come from the responses to a question regarding clients' likelihood of recommending the law firm. This data is used to calculate a Net Promoter Score for each firm, allowing firms to be benchmarked against each other.

According to Legal 500: "In the Nordic legal market, where long-term relationships, trust, and consistent delivery are often valued as highly as technical expertise, there is no stronger endorsement than a client's willingness to recommend a firm."
