Krogerus elects Partner Marcus Möller as Board Chair

We have elected Partner Marcus Möller as Chair of Krogerus' Board, effective 1 April 2026. Marcus has served on our firm's board since 2016.

Marcus will continue as the Head of our Mergers & Acquisitions practice, where he represents clients in Finnish and cross-border corporate transactional assignments. Marcus' areas of specialisation include advising clients on their acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, as well as on all types of private equity assignments.
