Katja Perätalo to join Krogerus as part of new Industrial Construction & Projects practice launch

Katja Perätalo will join as Partner and Head of Industrial Construction & Projects later this year. 

Katja brings deep expertise on large-scale industrial construction projects across all industries. She works with projects based on EPC, EPCM and owner-led disaggregated procurement strategies. She is highly regarded for her negotiation skills and for her ability to balance commercial and legal considerations in high-stakes projects. Katja joins Krogerus from another Finnish law firm. She also has extensive previous experience from the procurement management team at one of the largest industrial companies in Finland.  

Katja will focus on expanding our current service offering into a new Industrial Construction & Projects practice, catered to providing strategic legal advice during the full lifecycle of complex industrial construction, energy, and infrastructure projects, both in terms of contentious and non-contentious aspects. The practice will combine expertise across energy, real estate, finance, tax, and dispute resolution, ensuring a comprehensive and value-adding service for our clients.
