Krogerus advises the main shareholders of telecommunications company DNA on a rearrangement of ownership

Krogerus advised DNA Oy’s main shareholders Finda Oy and PHP Holding Oy in acquiring the third largest shareholder KPY Sijoitus Oy’s 13 per cent stake in DNA for a total price of EUR 103 million.

Finda, PHP Holding and KPY Sijoitus are investment companies active in the telecommunications sector. DNA is a Finnish telecommunications company that has more than three million mobile communications and fixed network customers.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Mika Ståhlberg, included partner Marko Vuori and senior associates Rami Salonen and Heta Rönkkö.
