Krogerus advises Northern Horizon Capital on the sale of a healthcare property portfolio for EUR 155 million

Krogerus advised Northern Horizon Capital on the EUR 155 million divestiture by EPI Healthcare I of a 27-asset healthcare property portfolio to Special Investment Fund eQ Care, a fund managed by eQ Asset Management Ltd.

This is the largest healthcare property transaction to date in Finland. The portfolio consists of nursing homes that have a total lettable area of nearly 50,000 square metres.
