Krogerus advises Municipality Finance in the financing of T3 hospital

Krogerus advised Municipality Finance Plc in the financing of the new T3 hospital building of the Hospital District of Southwest Finland with real estate leasing.

The construction of the T3 hospital in the city of Turku will take place in two phases and will be completed in 2020.

The total construction costs of the T3 hospital are approximately EUR 158 million. It is one of the largest real estate projects ever financed with real estate leasing in Finland.

Municipality Finance is one of the largest financial institutions in Finland. It grants loans and other financing to municipalities or entities owned by municipalities.

The Krogerus team was led by partner Juha Wessman and primarily included Piia Sinisalo and Sami Järvinen.
