Krogerus advised Invalidisäätiö and Terveysrahasto Oy in the sale of Respecta Oy to Germany-based Ottobock Medical Care GmbH.
Respecta is one of Finland’s leading companies within the assistive devices and orthopaedic industry. The company has eight clinics and provides services in more than 30 hospitals, healthcare centres and rehabilitation clinics across Finland. Respecta has 200 employees and a turnover of approximately EUR 36 million.
Ottobock has about 6,000 employees at 49 sales and marketing offices worldwide and a turnover of approximately EUR 800 million.
