Krogerus advised eQ Asset Management on its raising of USD 80 million for its North America-focused private equity fund, eQ PE VII US LP. The fund was raised in only five months and closed on 11 June 2015 above its target.
eQ PE VII US invests in funds investing in unlisted small- and medium-sized companies operating in the United States and Canada.
eQ Asset Management is a Finland-based asset management company that is part of the eQ Group. The company parent, eQ Plc, is listed on Nasdaq Helsinki. At the end of 2014, the assets managed by eQ Group totalled EUR 7.5 billion.
