Krogerus advises AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets on secondary acquisition of Finnish forestry portfolio

Krogerus advised AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets, acting on behalf of its clients, on one of the largest forestry asset portfolio transactions in Finland in recent years. The total land area of the assets is over 14,000 hectares of which forest land is about 12,500 hectares. The acquisition was completed through a secondary acquisition of all interests in a fund managed by Taaleri Private Equity Funds Ltd from some 140 investors.

AXA Investment Managers - Real Assets is a global manager of real asset investments, with over EUR 71 billion in assets under management.
