Our Compliance & Client Onboarding team supports our business in regulative risk management by, for example, managing our KYC-processes that also cover AML (anti-money laundering) obligations and international sanctions. The team conducts risk assessments, drafts in-house policies and procedures, provides training on compliance topics and monitors compliance activities. The Compliance team also keeps a keen eye on possible changes in legislation and obligations.

Our Finance team takes care of a variety of the firm’s financial matters, including invoicing, all payment flows and most of our bookkeeping. In addition to this, the team maintains and executes contracts with clients and provides client reports. The team doesn’t only take care of routine work, but also a variety of ad hoc requests. Hailing from a variety of backgrounds, the members of our finance team share attention to detail and can-do attitude that guide their work.

Our Human Resources team is full of professionals who are driven by an ambition to ensure that our employees work in the best possible environment and are set up for success. They work closely with all practice groups and other Business Services teams. The team is responsible for developing and managing HR processes - including recruitments, payroll, benefits, learning and development, trainee programs, employer branding and constant talent management.

Our ICT team manages and develops the firm’s ICT environment. The team also supports our people in ICT related matters to ensure fluent ways of working every day. Driven by a relaxed and open team spirit, the team is constantly challenged by the evolving world of business law and technology.

Our Knowledge Management team works in an agile way with all of our practice groups. Its responsibilities include assisting our lawyers with information research, taking care of our library, materials, and databases, as well as assisting with language and translation issues. The team’s work varies day to day as work is guided by the needs of our lawyers. A relaxed atmosphere where discussion and new ideas are encouraged by and within the team.

Our Marketing and Communications team consists of ambitious professionals who are motivated to improve and develop our overall client experience. The team is responsible for marketing and communications activities, brand development and client events and relationship management.

Our Office Support professionals keep our office up and running. They assist in the day-to-day life of our busy firm by making sure that our working environment is safe, efficient and comfortable. Their responsibilities cover a variety of things, for example taking care of our working facilities, office safety and deliveries.

Our Assistant team consists of professional, meticulous and approachable people who are always striving for going above and beyond expectations. For them, an ever-changing working environment is never an obstacle. They support their teams, as well as nurture a mindset of continuous growth and a unique company culture.

Our period of work experience (TET) pupils get to gain experience in the fields of law, marketing, human resources, ICT, and finance. Krogerus welcomes two pupils during both Autumn and Spring semester to assist in a variety of tasks and to see what life looks like inside a law firm.
