Krogerus advises UB's fund on acquisition of residential asset in Helsinki

Krogerus advised UB Asuntorahasto I Ky on the acquisition of the housing company As Oy Helsingin Saukonpaadenranta 4 in the Jätkäsaari district of Helsinki. The asset was built in 2012 and is located on a freehold plot in a central location. The leasable area of the housing company is approximately 7,245 sq m and it comprises a total of 120 apartments, five commercial premises and a daycare centre.
