Krogerus advises the seller on divestment of Shopping Centre Elo

Krogerus advised the seller on the divestment of Shopping Centre Kauppakeskus Elo. The shopping centre is located in Ylöjärvi and has a leasable area of approximately 24,800 square metres. The anchor tenants are K-Citymarket, Jula, JYSK and McDonald's. The new owner of the shopping centre is Balder Finland.
