Krogerus advised Danske Bank A/S, Nordea Bank Abp, OP Corporate Bank plc and Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) as lenders in connection with the financing of DevCo's formation of a new leading global piling and foundation equipment platform combining Dieseko, Movax and Watson & Hillhouse.
Under DevCo ownership, the three businesses together combine decades of engineering expertise, complementary technologies and global reach to create an even stronger foundation for long-term growth and customer value.
