Krogerus advises SRV on disposal of Finland’s first office skyscraper

Krogerus advised SRV, the major Finnish property developer whose shares are traded on Nasdaq Helsinki, on its disposal of Finland's first office skyscraper to Niam, a leading manager of real assets in the Nordics. The 26-storey office skyscraper will be the tallest office building in Finland, and SRV will also move its own offices to the property when the building is completed in spring 2025.
