Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Finnish Real Estate in its acquisition of an office building located in Malminkatu 34, Helsinki. The seven-storey building went through major renovations in 2009 and is located in the very centre of Helsinki, near the Kamppi Shopping Centre.
