Krogerus advised Special Investment Fund eQ Community Properties in its acquisition of a multi-purpose building "Allergiatalo" located in Paciuksenkatu 19, Helsinki, near the Meilahti hospital area.

After the transaction, one of the sellers, Allergia, Iho- ja Astmaliitto ry (the Finnish Allergy, Skin and Asthma Federation), continues its operations on the property as a tenant. The property contains, for example, office and conference premises and also hosts a kindergarten maintained by the City of Helsinki.
