Krogerus advised Qt Group Plc on its EUR 15.3 million rights issue. In the rights issue, the company offered a maximum of 2,974,039 new shares to the company’s shareholders for subscription in proportion to their current shareholding in the company at a subscription price of EUR 5.15 per share.
A total of 3,431,175 shares were subscribed for in the offering, representing approximately 115.4 percent of the 2,974,039 new shares offered.
