Krogerus advises One Equity Partners on the acquisition of Walki Group

Krogerus advised One Equity Partners, a private equity firm focused on the industrial, healthcare, and technology sectors in North America and Europe, on the acquisition of Walki Group from funds managed by CapMan.

Walki is a producer of technical laminates and protective packaging materials, specialising in the production of fibre based, intelligent, multi-layer laminate products. The group is headquartered in Finland with nine production sites across Europe and one in China. Annual net sales for the Group in 2017 were EUR 318 million.

The transaction is subject to the approval of the competition authorities.
