Krogerus advises Nordea Bank on its financing of VindIn’s wind farm project in Svalskulla

Krogerus advised Nordea Bank Finland on its financing of VindIn’s 15 MW wind farm located in Svalskulla, in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland.

VindIn is a Sweden-based company that owns and operates wind farms. The Swedish law firm Oebergs represented Vindln.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Päivi Toivari, included partner Ville Hailikari, senior associate Heta Rönkkö and associates Meri-Katriina Kanervisto and Nikolas Sjöberg.
